RETURNS & EXCHANGE

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!

However, if you would like to return an item/s you will need to contact us via email: Miniwildflower@gmail.com for the return address. You will then need to send item/s via Australia Post and provide us with the tracking number. Once we have recieved your return, we will then provide a store credit for the exact amount of the item/s returned. (Please note, the shipping costs are not covered). Any returned item/s must be in NEW condition with tags still attached. If we believe the item/s are not in a NEW condition your store credit will not be issued. To avoid this process please ensure you check the sizing information provided in the product description before placing your order. If you have any further questions, please contact us via email or instagram DM before purchasing.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM/S:

If you have received a damaged or faluty item/s you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order identifying the issue. Please send us an email to: Miniwildflower@gmail.com with your full name, order number, a description of the issue and a photo. We will then discuss the outcome of this depending on the situation. Item may be re-placed but will not be refunded.
